How much does it cost?

The review is free with no upfront cost. If you switch on our recommendation, we may earn a small commission from the new provider, and you keep all of the saving. We'll always be clear about this before anything changes.

How do you make money, then?

When you switch to a deal we've found, the new provider pays us a small referral fee. It never comes out of your saving and it never makes your deal more expensive. If staying put is best for you, we'll say so.

Surely I can just do this myself?

Honestly, you can, and some people do. But it's hours of comparing tariffs, sitting on hold and chasing paperwork, which is exactly what providers bank on you not bothering with. Our boffins do this every day, know where the catches hide and because we negotiate on behalf of lots of households at once we can often unlock rates and deals you wouldn't be offered on your own. You get the expert result without losing a Saturday to hold music.

Do I have to switch?

No. We show you what you could save and you decide. If you'd rather stay put, that's completely fine.

How does the call work?

A boffin rings you at a time that suits, runs through your current bills and follows up with what you could save. About five minutes of your time.

What do you need from me?

Not much. A recent copy of each bill, or just the key details on the call, is enough to get started. The more we can see, the more savings we can usually find, but we'll never ask for anything we don't need.

Will switching interrupt my service?

No. Your gas, electricity, broadband and the rest keep running exactly as before, it's the same supply through the same pipes, wires and lines. All that changes is who bills you and how much. We handle the switch in the background so you barely notice it happening.
