Check your email first, it is the easy way

Open your emails. That is the app where your emails arrive, usually called Mail, Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail.

Find the search box at the top. It has a small magnifying glass. Tap it and type EE bill then press search.

Look for an email saying your bill is ready. Real EE emails come from an address ending ee.co.uk.
The email is usually not the bill itself. It just tells you a bill is ready. The bill lives in your online account, so carry on to Part 2. And if the sender's address ends in anything other than ee.co.uk, do not click it. On Pay as you go? You will not have bills at all. A top-up receipt or a screenshot of your top-up history does the same job, so skip straight to Part 3 with that.

Log in and download the bill

Open the internet (Safari, Chrome or Edge). Tap the long box at the very top of the screen, type ee.co.uk then press Go.

Click Log in and sign in with your EE ID. That is just your email address and a password.

Select Bills & Payments.

Open the bill you want.

Press Download. In the EE app it is Manage, then Bills & Payments, then Download your bill.
Bill not showing? Some people end up with two EE logins, especially anyone who moved over from BT, so you may be signed in to the wrong one. And EE will post you a printed bill if you call 150 free from your EE phone.
