How to find your E.ON Next bill

Take your time. Nothing here can break. This takes about ten minutes. If you get stuck at any point, stop. Send us what you have or nothing at all, then we sort the rest together on the phone.
1

Check your email first, it is the easy way

1
Open your emails. That is the app where your emails arrive, usually called Mail, Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail.
2
Find the search box at the top. It has a small magnifying glass. Tap it and type E.ON Next then press search.
3
Look for an email about your bill or your account. Check who sent it: a real one comes from an address ending eonnext.com.
E.ON Next ✕ E.ON Next hi@eonnext.com · Your new bill is ready E.ON Next hi@eonnext.com · Thanks for your meter reading
The email is usually not the bill itself. It just tells you a bill is ready. The bill lives in your online account, so carry on to Part 2. And if the sender's address ends in anything other than eonnext.com, do not click it.
2

Log in and download the bill

1
Open the internet (Safari, Chrome or Edge). Tap the long box at the very top of the screen, type eonnext.com then press Go.
2
Click Log in in the top corner of the page.
3
Sign in with your email address and password. Forgotten the password? Click the forgotten password link and they email you a link to set a new one. That is normal, most people do it.
4
Once you are in, look for Bills. E.ON Next keeps up to two years of bills there.
5
Open the newest bill, then press Download. It saves a copy to your phone or computer, usually into a folder called Downloads.

Your bill usually appears within a day of a meter reading. If there is no bill for this month yet, that is why.
