How to find your O2 bill

Take your time. Nothing here can break. This takes about ten minutes. If you get stuck at any point, stop. Send us what you have or nothing at all, then we sort the rest together on the phone.
1

Check your email first, it is the easy way

1
Open your emails. That is the app where your emails arrive, usually called Mail, Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail.
2
Find the search box at the top. It has a small magnifying glass. Tap it and type O2 bill then press search.
3
Look for an email about your bill or your account. Check who sent it: a real one comes from an address ending o2.co.uk.

The email is usually not the bill itself. It just tells you a bill is ready. The bill lives in your online account, so carry on to Part 2. And if the sender's address ends in anything other than o2.co.uk, do not click it. On Pay as you go? You will not have bills at all. A top-up receipt or a screenshot of your top-up history does the same job, so skip straight to Part 3 with that.

Log in and download the bill

1
Open the internet (Safari, Chrome or Edge). Tap the long box at the very top of the screen, type o2.co.uk then press Go.
2
Click My O2 and sign in. Your username is usually your email address.
3
Click your phone number on the first screen.
4
Click view your latest bill. Older ones sit under previous bills.
5
At the bottom of the bill, click download PDF bill.

Bills older than six months only exist as PDF downloads rather than on screen, which is fine, the PDF is what we want anyway.
