How to find your OVO Energy bill

Take your time. Nothing here can break. This takes about ten minutes. If you get stuck at any point, stop. Send us what you have or nothing at all, then we sort the rest together on the phone.
1

Check your email first, it is the easy way

1
Open your emails. That is the app where your emails arrive, usually called Mail, Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail.
2
Find the search box at the top. It has a small magnifying glass. Tap it and type OVO then press search.
3
Look for an email about your bill or your account. Check who sent it: a real one comes from an address ending ovoenergy.com.
OVO ✕ OVO Energy no-reply@ovoenergy.com · Your bill is ready OVO Energy no-reply@ovoenergy.com · Your monthly summary
The email is usually not the bill itself. It just tells you a bill is ready. The bill lives in your online account, so carry on to Part 2. And if the sender's address ends in anything other than ovoenergy.com, do not click it.
2

Log in and download the bill

1
Open the internet (Safari, Chrome or Edge). Tap the long box at the very top of the screen, type my.ovoenergy.com then press Go.
2
Sign in with your email address and password. Forgotten the password? Click the forgotten password link and they email you a link to set a new one. That is normal, most people do it.
3
In the menu at the side, click Billing history.
4
Your newest bill sits at the top. Click Download this bill.
5
Need an older one? Click View full billing history and pick the month you want.

The bill file appears about five days after the date on the bill, so a brand new bill may not be ready to download yet. Come back in a few days.
