Take your time. Nothing here can break. This takes about ten minutes. If you get stuck at any point, stop. Send us what you have or nothing at all, then we sort the rest together on the phone.
1
Check your email first, it is the easy way
1
Open your emails. That is the app where your emails arrive, usually called Mail, Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail.
2
Find the search box at the top. It has a small magnifying glass. Tap it and type ScottishPower then press search.
3
Look for an email about your bill or your account. Check who sent it: a real one comes from an address ending scottishpower.co.uk.
ScottishPower is one of the most faked brands in Britain, endless bogus refund emails. Never click a link in a ScottishPower email. Use the email only to see a bill exists, then type the address yourself in Part 2.
2
Log in and download the bill
1
Open the internet (Safari, Chrome or Edge). Tap the long box at the very top of the screen, type scottishpower.co.uk then press Go.
2
Select My account and sign in. Forgotten the password? Click the forgotten password link and they email you a link to set a new one. That is normal, most people do it.
3
Select View your bills and payments.
4
Choose the bill you want. The last 14 months are kept there.
5
Select Download full PDF.
Need something older than 14 months? That means ringing them on 0345 270 0700, weekdays 9 to 5. The newest bill is all we need though.
3
Send it to us, whichever way you like
WhatsAppSend a photo of the bill or the downloaded file to 01274 911249
Our websiteGo to billboffin.co.uk, fill in the short form and attach the bill at the end
Cannot find the bill at all? That is fine, honestly. Get in touch anyway. We take the details over the phone and you do not need a single piece of paper.
Keep yourself safeWe will never ask for your password or your bank details. Nobody genuine ever does. Your password is yours alone, so do not share it with anyone, including us.
