How to find your TalkTalk bill

Take your time. Nothing here can break. This takes about ten minutes. If you get stuck at any point, stop. Send us what you have or nothing at all, then we sort the rest together on the phone.
1

Check your email first, it is the easy way

1
Open your emails. That is the app where your emails arrive, usually called Mail, Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail.
2
Find the search box at the top. It has a small magnifying glass. Tap it and type yourbill then press search.
3
TalkTalk is the easy one. Bill emails come from yourbill@billing.talktalk.co.uk, so typing yourbill finds them all at once.

Use the TalkTalk app instead of the website? Then the emails come from noreply@comms.talktalk.co.uk instead. Either way the bill itself lives behind your login, so carry on to Part 2.
2

Log in and download the bill

1
Open the internet (Safari, Chrome or Edge). Tap the long box at the very top of the screen, type talktalk.co.uk/myaccount then press Go.
2
Sign in with your email address and password. Forgotten the password? Click the forgotten password link and they email you a link to set a new one. That is normal, most people do it.
3
Click the My bills tile.
4
Pick the bill you want from the list.
5
Press the Download PDF button at the bottom of the bill.

In the TalkTalk app: tap the Bills tab, then Request PDF Bill. TalkTalk keeps bills online for 15 months, so very old ones will not be there.

Cannot find the bill at all? That is fine, honestly. Get in touch anyway. We take the details over the phone and you do not need a single piece of paper.
Keep yourself safeWe will never ask for your password or your bank details. Nobody genuine ever does. Your password is yours alone, so do not share it with anyone, including us.
