Take your time. Nothing here can break. This takes about ten minutes. If you get stuck at any point, stop. Send us what you have or nothing at all, then we sort the rest together on the phone.
1
Check your email first, it is the easy way
1
Open your emails. That is the app where your emails arrive, usually called Mail, Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail.
2
Find the search box at the top. It has a small magnifying glass. Tap it and type Utility Warehouse then press search.
3
Look for an email about your bill or your account. Check who sent it: a real one comes from an address ending uw.co.uk.
Utility Warehouse puts everything on ONE monthly bill, energy, broadband, mobile and insurance together, so there is only one place to look. Older customers may know the account area as the Clubhouse, same thing.
2
Log in and download the bill
1
Open the internet (Safari, Chrome or Edge). Tap the long box at the very top of the screen, type uw.co.uk/clubhouse then press Go.
2
Log in with your email address and password. Forgotten the password? Click the forgotten password link and they email you a link to set a new one. That is normal, most people do it.
3
Go to Billing and payments.
4
Under Billing history, select download next to the bill you need.
5
In the UW app it is more, then Bills, then the download icon in the top right corner.
That one UW bill covers every service you take from them, which is gold for us. The whole household picture arrives in a single PDF.
3
Send it to us, whichever way you like
WhatsAppSend a photo of the bill or the downloaded file to 01274 911249

Cannot find the bill at all? That is fine, honestly. Get in touch anyway. We take the details over the phone and you do not need a single piece of paper.
Keep yourself safeWe will never ask for your password or your bank details. Nobody genuine ever does. Your password is yours alone, so do not share it with anyone, including us.
