Check your email first, it is the easy way

Open your emails. That is the app where your emails arrive, usually called Mail, Gmail, Outlook or Hotmail.

Find the search box at the top. It has a small magnifying glass. Tap it and type Yorkshire Water then press search.

Look for an email about your bill or your account. Check who sent it: a real one comes from an address ending yorkshirewater.com.
Nothing come up? Do not worry. Water companies email far less than energy ones. Most people still get their water bill on paper. A paper bill is fine: take a photo of it with your phone and skip straight to Part 3.

Log in and download the bill

Open the internet (Safari, Chrome or Edge). Tap the long box at the very top of the screen, type my.yorkshirewater.com then press Go.

Log in with your email address and password. Never used it before? Click register. You will need your customer reference number, which is on any paper bill or letter from them.

Open the bills part of your account.

Open the newest bill.

View, download or print it. Any of those gives you a copy you can send us.
Water bills are not monthly. Without a water meter you get one bill a year. With a meter, a bill every so often. So your newest bill may be months old, which is completely normal. Send that one.
